Business Development Associate Jobs in Delhi - Gigzoe

We are looking for a driven Businesss Development Associate in our Supply Side Acquisition and Operations Team. The role is Operations heavy and is all about sourcing, acquiring and managing service providers for Gigzoe.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Acquiring Service Providers in the assigned service category
• End to end management of training, onboarding, quality checking and verifying service providers
• Ensure verification and approval of Service Providers as per defined parameters
• Engaging the Community of Service Providers to ensure higher participation and develop trust and confidence with the community
• Efficiently managing the data of service providers creating excel repositories and database
• Making seamless enrolment processes for service providers in different categories
• Measure and report on defined Metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills both in English and Hindi
• Prior experience of working in operations and human resources preferred
• Prior experience of working in a Startup preferred
• Knowledge about Startups, Businesses, Freelancers, Service Providers is must
• Structure problem solving, ability to quickly execute and get things done
• Work Experience of 1-3 years
