Job Description
- .Designation : - Career Advisor - Pune
- This is an opportunity to work as a Career Advisor Associate with a leading Investment Banking and Data Analytics Learning Center.
- The job will include interacting with students, counseling them on various Investment Banking and Data Analytics roles and registering them for Imarticus Learnings online courses.
- Engaging warm leads for online programs via email, video and voice calls
- Undertaking inquiries and counseling students for Online Business Development
- Responsible for the entire process from first touch until online registration
- Follow up with candidates for resolving any queries that they may have
- Preparing monthly reports and managing a central CRM software
- Excellent communication skills over phone, video and chat
- Sound understanding of the internet and online payment channels
- Should able to contribute individually and in a team Qualification Minimum Graduate in any discipline with at least 60% pass percentage.
- Exp - 6 months to 2yrs
- Salary - As per Company standards / Not a constraint for right candidate.
