- 1 to 3 years relevant experience in software industry (optional)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong marketing abilities along with an aptitude to forecast industry trends
- Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
- Should be a great team player and motivator
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Well versed with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Execute business development plans
- Developing innovative ways to promote / market payroll solutions & reach new potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest buzz and trends in the industry
- Grow the existing business and add additional clients who are interested in payroll solutions
- Maintain client relations independently along with monitoring ad campaigns and recommend improvements
- Working closely with the client to understand requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these with the product development team
- Maintaining high awareness of the company’s internal as well as immediate external environment
- You’ll need to proactively identify potential clients and close deals to start relationships with them
