Job description: Business Development Consultant

Experience Range- 1 to 4 years

Location: Bengaluru

As a BD Consultant, you will be responsible for developing customer solutions in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with Skills Cafe offerings.

Major activities are –

• Shall support the sales team by making cold calls to potential customers. Take ownership of all technical aspects of sales opportunities.
• Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s virtual learning offerings.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge –

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible, multi-task, and take initiative.
• Good Personality & comfortable making cold calls.
• Ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels.
• Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Domain knowledge and experience in Learning and Development would be an advantage.
