Business Development (Employer Sales)
Job Description
1. Conduct research on local employers and build an understanding of their current hiring processes/patterns
2. Get new employers registered on Mee 's employer web page. To support them in the whole process
3. Follow up actively with prospective partners and get the leads converted in the form of either new employer or knowledge partners etc.
4. Organize and coordinate for demo sessions on the navigations of the portal in case some new employer shows a need for the same
5. Maintain a long-lasting partnership with employers, send proposals to them for inviting in #meetlive series, along with a proposed topic of discussion
6. Streamline the hiring processes for Live jobs and motivate the employers for keeping the status updated at the employer's end i.e. employer web page portal
7. Connect employers with job seekers
8. Handle any queries by new/old employer, if any
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 27th Aug'20 and 1st Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Any graduate or diploma holder
2. At least 1 to 2+ years of prior work experience in sales, career counselor,s or relevant profiles
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Working knowledge of MS-Office and Microsoft accounts
5. Diplomatic and smart team player
6. Critical thinking ability and problem-solving attitude
7. Local candidates from Chandigarh Tricity, Punjab or Haryana belt will be given preference
