Job Description
Business Development Executive :
- Fluency in spoken & written Business English as per international level.
- Should be having ability in skills to perform successful PR & networking with our international companies & Indian organization.
- Prepare & make presentation to both our international principals & Indian customers.
- Should be capable of revolving business strategies & plans to procure projects.
- Should be keen person to study & understand the terms & conditions as well as E-Tendering Process.
- Should be relationship oriented with excellent inter-personal and networking skills to enhance business opportunities.
- Responsible for generating sales and inquiries from the Customer.
- Executive Business Development strategies and identify high value business projects to build long term partnerships.
- Network and liaison within the industry, government agencies and other potential Customers for building effective network and smooth pre and post bidding operations.
- Responds to customer inquiries and takes the lead in negotiating contracts and amendments, as well as resolving technical clarifications in a timely manner.
- Thorough Experience in Online Tendering and preparation of Bid Proposals against Global Tenders.
- Review complete inquiry and ensure compliance to all technical and contractual sections.
- Management of all aspects of the bidding process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Should have sufficient experience and business contacts within Oil & Gas Companies or any other Energy Company, such as ONGC, Reliance, Cairns, Gail, BHEL, NPCIL, CSIR Labs, DRDO, etc.
