Job Description
- Follow-up with clients for empanelment.
- To maintain client’s database (Banks/ HFCs / NBFCs / ARCs/FIs).
- To decide Action Plan for generating new business.
- To maintain Daily Call Records.
- To visit prospects.
- To draft and submit required documents for empanelment.
- To arrange management level meetings with client.
- To supervise team & co-ordinate MIS reporting.
- Arrange weekly review meetings.
- Prepare SOPs for sales executives for each vertical - (Investigation / Recovery/ Enforcement/ Asset Disposal/ Litigation).
- To send reports to clients in specific TAT.
- Maintenance of all empanelment files, renewal processing of all empanelment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Strong communication fluency and IT skill.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent Computer skills (Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
