Business Development Executive  opening:

•  Qualification:   BE (IT/CE/) – Two Post     BE (EC) – One Posts
• Experience :     0-1 year of Experience
  
• Salary range:    For Experience as per industrial Standard for Fresher 12000 to 15,000 CTC per month + incentives
  
• Joining:            within a week
  

• Should be good with interpersonal skills.
  
• Analytical skills & requirement understanding skills should be good.
  
• Should be Techno - Functional & must have good approach.
  
• Must be good with negotiation skills, converting leads & generation business. 

• Identify and develop sources of potential clients
  
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  
• Planning and preparing presentations
  
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  
• Maintain an accurate and current database
  
• Writing reports 
  

• You will have to sign 2 years agreement with the company and as a part of agreement you will have to give 50k cheque
  
• This 50k cheque will not be deposited in any bank account and will be kept as security. Only in case the agreement is breached then we will forfeit the cheque.
  
• From date of joining 2 months notice period is compulsory whenever you want to leave the company or salary in lieu thereof.
  
• First month salary will be kept on hold for one year.
•  On completion of one year with the company you will receive this salary back.
