- Lead Generation, business growth though calls, social media & New Lead for the Company. Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums.
- Provide Online software demonstration and self-support to the clients.
- Improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Follow ups and after sales support for the new clients.
- Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the help of the team.
Skills:
- Should have good marketing skills as well as technical knowledge
- Good with written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.
- Basic knowledge of Computer
- Candidates should have excellent command over English and Hindi.
