Job Description:
Looking for candidates who can maximize our revenue in a timely & reliable manner. Candidates with dedicated interest for their role as a business development executive & who can serve the organization with consistent results are to be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Getting in tune with the variety of courses offered by our organization.
2. Initiate telephonic conversation with the parents & ensuring a closed deal.
3. Convincing existing clients to purchase other courses.
5. Negotiating with clients to draw maximum revenue possible.
6. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
7. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
Skills :
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Great networking skills
3. Persuasive and goal-oriented
4. Resourceful with outstanding research skills
5. Ability to identify pain points of clients & suggesting them with the suitable product & services
6. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Salary - 5% or 10% of revenue generated (Performance based)
(Kindly Note: Students will be absorbed initially for Internship for 3 months, post this on basis of their performance they’ll be occupied for full time with us on a CTC between 3-5 LPA)
