Job Description
- Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
- Eagar to learn new things
- knowledge in Web Technologies (PHP, .NET, JAVA) and Mobile Technologies (iOS, ANDROID, WIN, RIM)
- Generating new business through telemarketing efforts and relationship building.
- To identify & understand the client's need & offer the best solution.
- Promote the company and its offerings to the markets we target.
- Establish and maintain new relationships with prospective clients while promoting our solutions.
- Cold calling, Client interaction & counseling.
- Proactively innovate to increase the sales.
- Interacting with potential customers and addressing telephonic queries.
- Maintaining the database of generated leads.
- Preparing daily activity reports and MIS.
- Should have exposure in computers with knowledge of MS Office especially
- Should be good at MS Word, MS PPT, preparing wireframes, WWW search experience.
- Basic knowledge of Hardware, Self-tech support for Skype / Messengers, etc.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve KPIs.
- Ready to take challenges.
- Should be exposed to multiple lead generation portals.
- Identify the suitable marketing strategies to generate new leads.
