Job Description
Profile context: Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Who can apply: Graduates or Postgraduates candidate having good communication & Presentation’s skills, and who can do core Sales and Business Development.
Package: CTC Up to 6.36 LPA (1.8-2.16 LPA Fixed + 4.2 PLI) (Conveyance included in the Salary)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential customer and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Sale company’s Products & Services as per given Target.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on various Portfolio of Company.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (written/verbal).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Willing to do core Sales & Business Development.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations One should have mastered the “Art of Persuasion '.
- Good working knowledge of MS office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and word.
