- Customer Support Executive / Team Leaders - Telesales, Banking Process
- Job Purpose/ Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Calling to the customer regarding Credit card sales
- Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
- Need to provide call-backs if required to assist the customer.
- Need to be professional.
- Should have the desire to learn and work in a friendly as well as the competitive environment.
- Both Freshers and Experience are welcome.
- Process: Outbound / Inbound Voice Process
- Timing: 10.00 Am to 06.30 Pm (*only Day shift) Sunday holiday.
- Work Locations: Chennai (Egmore, Kilpauk )
