Job Description
- Research and Study of the market in terms of a recruitment solutions and their sustainability
- Understanding and implementing branding perspectives.
- Promoting online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
- Study the B2B marketing Challenges and contribute to the viable strategies
- Generating Sales Leads, and fixing the appointments.
- Digital Marketing & Content generation
- Developing a database of qualified leads through Area mapping, referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling and sales pitch
- Presenting the product to the corporates(b2b) in view of acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
- Campus engagements and building strong relationship
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
