Job Description
- Primary responsibility would be to call the Top Management of Companies and explain about the SMS, Voice, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services we provide.
- Handling Sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.
- Find prospective customers and generating new leads (B2B & B2C) through Internet or any other medias.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
