Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the first touch for any prospective clients (in person, via phone, email)
Add and update contact information
Qualify and develop marketing generated in-bound leads and respond to customer
inquiries from various sources, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns,
website programs, call-ins, email, trade shows and other channels.
Have a good understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing
Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
Research contacts in databases or platforms (such as LinkedIn)
Required Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious
Demonstrate ability to be highly organised
Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role
Actively look for new solutions and create new ideas regarding the on-going commercial development.
Demonstrate analytical and research skills
