Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the first touch for any prospective clients (in person, via phone, email)

• Add and update contact information

• Qualify and develop marketing generated in-bound leads and respond to customer

• inquiries from various sources, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns,

• website programs, call-ins, email, trade shows and other channels.

• Have a good understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing

• Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions

• Research contacts in databases or platforms (such as LinkedIn)​

Required Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious

• Demonstrate ability to be highly organised

• Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role

• Actively look for new solutions and create new ideas regarding the on-going commercial development.

• Demonstrate analytical and research skills
