§ Handling Walk in Customers at the Sales Centre
§ Walk through of the entire project/ plans/ layout
§ Explanation of Features & Benefits of the Project
§ Explanation of Project surroundings, facilities around the project
§ Handling any queries regarding the project/ milestones/ payments
§ Explaining the process of Bookings, agreement and registration to Prospective Buyers
§ Internal Coordination with Sales Head for dealing with exceptions/ objections if any
§ Follow up with the interested Clients.
