The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• An indepth understanding of Brands, Marketing Strategies, BTL/ ATL promotions, Loyalty Programs, etc from the retail sector will be of primary importance along with strong connections in the sector
• Your role will be to target new business accounts specifically for activities around experiential marketing, offline marketing Programs, Cross Promotions, Contests and Customer Engagement initatives for Pan India Roll Out.
• Existing relationships with brand managers is a must.
• Cold Calling, creating presentations, weekly sales report, pitching to potential accounts are the daily responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
