Job KPIs:
- Generate leads (property owners) through field visits and online research.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Own & manage customer relationships end-to-end, including any back office support.
- Sales pipeline management and reporting from time to time
Skills:
- Proficient oral & written communication in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada would be an added advantage.
- Working skills on computer - Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve quarterly sales targets
- Two-wheeler a must
- Work Experience:6 months - 2 years.
- Previous experience working in Real Estate / Financial Sector will be an added advantage
