Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding clients needs and providing them best services
- Timely execution of all sales activities - leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads.
- This is a front-line sales position in the consumer cards sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new custome s through consultative selling of our cards products through a defined channel of acquisition
- New client acquisition
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling
- Maintain Client information in CRM.
- The position is also responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered
- Employees have to go to stores like (Big Bazaar, More & Star Bazaar etc.) and approach the customer’s for Credit Cards.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Educational Background Required:
- MBA/ Graduate
- Bike is Mandatory
- 6 Days Working
- No offs on Saturday & Sunday
- Fresher or Minimum 6 months of front line sales experience in financial services domain
