Job Description
- Establish and maintain relationships with small to mid-size companies in territory, with emphasis on presentations, cold calling, and appointments.
- Strong internet search skills and ability to recognize industry trends in target companies
- Building and maintaining relationships with client hiring managers in an effort to maximize our potential for placements within assigned accounts.
- Generate new leads from various sources.
- Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated.
- Ready to work in oversea times if required
- Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
- Acquire complete/in-depth product and our company service knowledge
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads.
- Number, value and income target achievement.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Must have Fluent English communication and convincing skill
- Ready to work in flexible times
Responsibilities and Duties
- The basic purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy at the ground level.
