Job Description
Job Summary
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify clients and selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
- Actively seek out new marketing opportunities through cold calling, personal networking and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries with the objective of marketing/selling current, new or additional products and/or services.
- Provide client with product and service information. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of products and services currently available with the company and suggest new ideas that can be developed after assessing the potential of development.
- Use Need-Based Selling techniques to sell internet marketing services, software applications, and products to achieve client goals; includes creating & utilizing effective marketing presentations, expert product knowledge and meeting availability.
- Handle all inquiries with the intent of providing client satisfaction and retention. Create a positive relationship for client in all customer contacts.
- Contribute to the success of the marketing team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better result
- Should be able to work on achieving qtrly and yearly targets Requirements
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learning speed and a passion for the role
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude & expertise in delivering attractive presentations.
- Should have the basic understanding of software application marketing
- Candidates with experience in similar fields will be preferred
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products & services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings & events
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales deals
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products/services
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Customer meeting, renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Good Looking, Very Good English and Communication Skills.
- Should have a Flair for Travelling. (Domestic & International)
- Candidate Should have Knowledge About Internet and Microsoft Office.
- Candidate Should Be Multitasking and Hard Working.
