Job Description
Position:- Business Development Executive
Required:- 2-3 Yrs
Location - Bengaluru (Currently will be working remotely for a period of 3-4 months)

They also have experience navigating through organisations, doing deep discovery and speaking to multiple decision-makers

· Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a target driven environment, ideally in CRM/SaaS/High-Tech
· Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts
· Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment

· Ability to understand customer needs and meets that need with a successful product sale
· Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

What Your Day Looks Like
· Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities
· Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls & emails
· Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
· Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
· Schedule and conduct both client and prospective client meetings, either by phone or in person, to make sales, obtain work orders, and respond to RFIs and RFPs and other sales activities.
· Coordinated activity and assist with marketing campaigns as necessary.
· Complete accurate tracking of communication with potential customers in CRM.
· Provide accurate weekly lead forecasts to management.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
· 2 - 3 Years of experience in selling IT software solutions (Salesforce / CRM)
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent documentation / presentation skills
· Motivated, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
