Job Description
- Candidate those who have Strong corporate connect preferably with HR department will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate should be from the MBA or Business Development Background or Any HR related products and services.
- Preferably Min 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales
- The candidate should be from the Institute or corporate sales industry, having experience (preferably in Human Resource, Corporate sales).
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares and maintains reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, processes.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
- Establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Needs to be independent and in future lead a 1 or 2 member team
- Should be driven enough to motivate themselves an in the team.
