Job Description
- Pinnium is an Internet first, B2B supplier of goods to restaurants, delivery and packaging industries.
- We supply delivery bags, chef wear, packaging solutions, kitchen equipments, etc to the restaurants and sell online.
- Convert the inbound leads to sales.
- Meet old and new customers and expand the scope of products supplied and the business.
- Gain technical knowledge of the products and provide solutions to the customers.
- Follow up with customers on order placement.
- Record all inbound activity in the CRM tool
- Create tickets for customer issues.
- Take ownership of the customer issues and coordinate with respective departments and resolve them by assigning tickets to the departments.
- Create weekly and monthly reports using the CRM tools.
- Take ownership of the process and be a customer champion.
- Achieve sales target.
