Responsibilities and Duties
The role involves a mix of office based administrative/analytical role with a blend of Business Development and customer acquisition involving a bit of travel within the city.
This role also requires a very ownership driven, systematic and meticulous approach to tracking activities and finding innovative ways to task completion. You'd be required to decipher field responses and devise and implement strategies to maximize impact.
In the external facing mode, you'll be required to travel across the city, meeting with people, keenly observing patterns, spotting opportunities of growth and putting together plan of action.
Ability to hold your own in conversations critical.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
No previous experience needed( past work experience would be rewarded though).
You'd be evaluated for your Go-getter approach, Positive learning attitude, Open mindedness, Selling skills and Ability to learn on the job and Innovate.
No limitations on your education stream- good academic record will enhance your chances of success
Excellent communication skills mandatory; ability to converse in multiple languages - an advantage.
Good understanding of property upkeep - renting, repairs and maintenance etc.. would be an added bonus.
Selling skills critical.
