Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Researching the market and related products
- Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleague
- Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1years of experience in Sales and passionate to develop acareer in Sales.
- Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with others easily.
- Excellent verbal communication and comprehension.
- Should have good negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines.
- Competitive, committed, confident with a positive attitude.
- Excellent selling skills, Hard working and target driven
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Better Attitude.
- Good team player within a target-driven environment
