Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on products and features.
- Day to day meeting of new prospective customers to pitch our brand and look for new orders.
- Visiting sites for taking measurements and finalizing.
- Capability to convert the in-house leads generate Remain knowledgeable on products offered and available options Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build relationships with customers .
- Suggest ways to improve sales
