  • We have immediate opening in Sulekha.com for Business Development Executive who has experience handling Real Estate agents & brokers.
  • Location Bangalore
Experience & skills required:
  • 1+ years of experience in front end sales especially to SME clients or Real estate agents or brokers.
  • Must have worked on financial targets.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and the local languages (Hindi & Kannada).
  • Good convincing skills & problem solving skills
  • Candidate from the property background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new prospects for business by attending assigned appointments and cold calling.
  • Meet clients and give presentation on company product and services to clients.
  • Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.
  • Focusing on sales growth / more clients' acquisition for the portal.
  • Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target
