- Responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries.
- Generating leads and fixing up the appointments.
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Respond to customer questions with clearly articulated solution and benefits
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.
- Send proposals and follow up. Follow up on initial contacts.
- Actively manage a sales pipeline of Rs. 6,00,000+
