- The role of the sales executive is to convert lead to potential customers to SEO, Digital Marketing and Software development services offered by AuroIN.
- The sales executive must be eager to communicate be it via telephonic, text or email, with clients when needed.
- Strong communication skill and negotiation skill are expected from the professional
- Contact leads via eMail/Phone/Skype. Discuss and convince leads to avail our services.
- Explain transparently about our industry .
- Share necessary documents as per the lead's needs.
- Instant chat with the lead if necessary.
- Scheduling the appointments. Follow up with the prospects.
- Assist in buying the service as well as present essential documents e.g. NDA.
- Closing the deal.
- Handover the projects to the project manager.
- Follow up when the project is underway.
