INTRODUCTION:
Industrymate Corporate Solutions has recently been started on 1st August 2017 by Ms. Bishnupriya Sahoo (Proprietor) . She has completed her education with MBA (HR ) from MIET, BBSR in 2010 and PG Diploma in Labour Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi in 2014. She has over 7 years of experience in HR Generalist , Statutory Compliance, General Administration, Business Management in Telecom, Manufacturing , Automobile, Import -Export Industries, Labour Law Consultancy and security Industries. She has worked with startups to corporates and factories in Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Gurgaon and Rajasthan.
OBJECTIVE:
§ To train and guide the HR aspirants with practical knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory skills so that they can stand dynamic and different with others.
§ To provide the corporate training to HR professionals to upgrade the latest amendments and trends in compliance to tackle the IR /Compliance issues.
§ To provide 100% compliance assistance and consultation to our client organizations.
§ To create awareness for liability of employers to avoid legal consequences.
§ To provide Corporate training related to welfare guidelines under Maternity Benefit and POSH for female employees
§ To spread the awareness related to social security and rights of employees under labour laws.
§ To provide support to individual labour cases.
