Job Description
- Handling technical queries of the clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
- Engage the client and the account management team in regular discussions on our product offerings and understands their issues/concerns if any
- Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
- Identifying the target market and prospective clients
- Explore new business opportunities an interact with clients on a daily basis and identify IT services(such as software, website, mobile apps, and software designing).
- Involve in contract signing and client relationship management and generate leads/prospects and develop the relationship and grow them into clients.
