About the role:

  • As a Business Development Associate , you will play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of restaurants, spas and other establishments in the service industry to use Woffr Advertising platform and help them derive maximum value from it.

 Here's what you'll do day-to-day: 

  • Actively contact clients, pitch product and achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential clients and generate sales leads for our product.
  • Identify growth opportunities for your customer base
  • End-to-end sales process, from cold calling to ongoing account management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are exceeded

Requirements

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
  • Hunger towards exceeding sales KPI's and driving revenue
  • Resilient and possesses a can-do attitude
  • Career-driven, self-motivated and interested in working for a fast-paced start-up
  • Familiarity with the geography and restaurant industry of Odisha
  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
  • Great interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in maintaining and building client relationships
