Business Development Executive - Job Description

• Candidates should be residing in the city and suburbs area.
  
• Should be B.E Electrical or Electronics engineering
  
• Should have 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/sales / Business Development.
  
• Should have knowledge about Institutional Sales ( Govt. And projects consultants).
  
• Should have idea about market and market analysis.
  

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  
• Should have a fair knowledge of Institutional Sales and Approvals as well as Projects business.
  
• Conduct research and market survey to identify and collect info on new buisness avenues and customer needs.
  
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and conduct presentations and demos.
  
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  
• Prepare business plan as per the targeted projects.
  
• Prepare sales and revenue plan and work to achieve projected and assigned sales targets.
  
• Keep records of development activities, market strategy, competitots performances.
  
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer
  
• Collecting customer feedback and market reasearch as well as appreciation documents.
  
• Responsible for marketing plans, execution with on field visits and work towards further process documentation.
  
• Should keep regular contacts with consultants and Govt. Customers for generating institutional sales and approval of Selec products.
  
• Should handle the Business Development of specific product segments and increase sales.
  
• Should have fair idea about registrations, documentation and project documenting approvals.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and English
  
• Ability to build rapport, market knowledge, time management and planning skills.
  
• Interaction and Coordination with Sales team to understand the requirement of approvals and business opportunities.
  
• Learning and understanding application area technical requirements and product functioning.
