Role & Responsibility

  • Tie up with corporate clients which provide an opportunity for offering Admatic IT services to increase business and brand visibility.
  • Meet HR Heads/ Other relevant officers with an objective to get into a corporate tie up.
  • Constant engagement with newly acquired corporate to deepen relationships and increase our market share in such companies.
  • Achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year.
  • Maximizing the sales through Institutional and B2B Client base
  • Creating leads by doing required cold calls
  • Hiring Process : Written-test, Face to Face Interview, Group Discussion
  • Qualification : Any Graduates
  • Experience : 1-3 yrs
  • Handling walkins at centre & counseling students for the programs.
  • Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
  • Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
  • Work schedule 6 days a Week
  • The role should be target oriented, customer friendly, service oriented and also be able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, sell with ease, with the ability to persuade the Target Audience/Customer
  • Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job
  • Gather additional information about reported issue
  • Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

Perform Training Management activities :

  • Enrollment activities
  •  They would be involved in tele -calling
  • Class scheduling
  • Class cancellation / rescheduling
  • Evaluate Class profitability
  • Decision Making Class Go no Go
  • Class readiness Coordinating with the vendor
  • Communication to Delegates & Vendors
  • Feedback Analysis
  • Purchase Order Generation
