    Role & Responsibility
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
    • Look after client relations, responsible for mining new business assignments from existing accounts.
    • Learn and stay current with your product knowledge of Admatic
    • Taking care of walk-in Clients at Admatic
    • Enable effective communication between the client and delivery teams.
    • Benefits negotiation, taking care of rates and remuneration, payment clauses, as well as other terms & conditions with respect to new client agreements.
    • Hiring Process : Written-test, Face to Face Interview, Group Discussion
    • Qualification : Any Graduates
    • Experience : 1-3 yrs
    • Handling walkins at centre & counseling students for the programs.
    • Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
    • Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
    • Work schedule 6 days a Week
    • The role should be target oriented, customer friendly, service oriented and also be able to work under pressure
    • Willingness to learn, sell with ease, with the ability to persuade the Target Audience/Customer
    • Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job
    • Gather additional information about reported issue
    • Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
    • Perform Training Management activities :
    • Enrollment activities
    •  They would be involved in tele -calling
    • Class scheduling
    • Class cancellation / rescheduling
    • Evaluate Class profitability
    • Decision Making Class Go no Go
    • Class readiness Coordinating with the vendor
    • Communication to Delegates & Vendors
    • Feedback Analysis
    • Purchase Order Generation
