Job Description :
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience into Business Development
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Handle inbound sales leads, convert them into opportunities and take it to closure
- Research B2B and D2E accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain, expand and nurture prospects database in the Indian market (Must speak Hindi)
- Analyze the B2B market and thoroughly understand the addressable market, our competitors and their product/services, and stay updated with the latest industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing team and design marketing plans to improve inbound sales
- Research B2B accounts and work with market research team to build database with the most appropriate influencer and/or decision maker contacts
- Reach out to potential contacts through personalized emails, phone calls, voicemails and pitch our services while explaining how we can add value to their firm
- Develop a strong pipeline with qualified opportunities and be able to forecast sales numbers on a weekly/monthly basis
- Adhere to business etiquette; update CRM with all opportunities and maintain enquiry tracker, opportunity tracker, sales reports, etc.
- Convert opportunities into deals and achieve sales quotas and targets
- Build strong business relationship with customers and maintain customer centrism
