Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective leads provided by the company
- Understand the user needs and propose the right product
- Drive Sales and Walk ins to our center
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done by telecalling.
- Performing counseling & career guidance for students by telecalling.
- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand.
- Converting prospect into Admissions.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered.
Skills Required:
- Good English speaking skills (knowledge of Hindi or telugu is an added advantage)
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively.
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
