Job Description
Core:
Dealer Network Development
Engaging with influencers linked to dealer networks ( Contactors , Architects & Interior designers )
Managing Loyalty program for contractors
Project site Lead generation & conversion
Conduct User engagement programs
Execution of the following:
A. Managing Roff partners ( distributors )
B. Dealer Network development
Mapping current network for establishing business opportunity
Managing current dealer network
Approaching new dealers with Roff stone range and account opening
Drive dealer engagement initiatives
C. Influencer engagement initiatives
Engage with contractors, architects & interior designers linked to dealer network only
Generate site leads and execute until conversion
D. Managing Loyalty programs
Introduction of loyalty program to contractors and enrol them to the program
Drive the loyalty program by efficiently communicating the key drivers of the loyalty program
E. User development engagements
Engaging with users ( contractors ) through various initiatives like RKP & specialised meetings
Conduct product introduction programs
Training and conducting hands on demos
Tools to Use:
A. Tablets for order booking from dealers
B. BDE M Power
Enrolling new users ( contractors )
Capturing lead details & adding frequent updates
Conducting meetings and tracking user development
C. Roff champs app ( loyalty management app )
Reports/ MIS:
Sales MIS
