Job Description
- Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, qualify sales leads,.
- Accurately forecast, track all sales and follow up on open forecast.
- Meets or exceeds quota goals in an assigned territory. Ensures sales targets/objectives are achieved monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Meets or exceeds activity metrics (e.g. Outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities creation etc.) and prospecting time.
- Maintains contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and footprint expansion.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Services & Solutions effectively with customers.
- Sells using a strong consultative selling approach with customers and partners.
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team, research team, and sales team to generate leads for the company. This individual must be able to contribute to corporate marketing and sales plans ensuring effective coordination of driving leads for the sales process.
