Job Description
- We have openings for the Business Development; in Chennai Location
Qualification:
- Fresher’s with MBA/MIB/PGDM or any management background will be highly preferred, UG /PG Fresher with excellent communication skill will also be considered
- Candidates with (0 to 6 years) of experience in / cold calling / International Sales / Business Development/ Technical Support /Inside Sales/ Marketing/ Voice process/ Outbound / Inbound Support are highly preferred
- Interested in cold calling, pitching to the right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments for corporate presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills.
- Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.
- Should be able to understand Mobile and associated Technologies
- Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using LinkedIn
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted list of prospects.
- Pitch Photon's value proposition for outsourcing and onsite consulting work to companies in the US
- Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.
- Schedule Conference calls
- Coordinate with Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team

- Must be willing to work in Night Shift – US EST / 6.30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST (Only Male)
