Job Description:
- W2S Solutions is looking for Business Development - Trainee.
- Candidate will be trained and then involved in lead generation, International voice calls, sales and marketing in IT Services and Products.
- You are required to work on US Shift timing (4 PM to 1 AM) and actively participate in business development.
- Postgraduate: MBA is a must.
- Undergraduate: BE is preferable. Any UG is okay.
- Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold calling and prospecting
- Able to understand and communicate well with North American customers
- Opportunities to support revenue targets and quota
- Educate prospects on how our products and services can fulfill their current and future needs .
- Fluency in English ( both verbal and written )
- Self confidence.
- Presentation skillsets
- Knowledge on Social Media and other websites to gather leads
- Knowledge in basic web technology.
