We are Looking for the Business Development Executive-Fresher with following skills

• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Establish and maintain a cordial relationship with current and Prospective clients.
• Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, including daily activity, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence to goals.
• Communicating new service opportunities, special developments, feedback gathered through field activity to concerned staff.
• Responsibilities include direct sales, relationship-building skills are essential to this role as well as the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, Skype.
• Must possess a two wheeler.
• Should be an enthusiastic go-getter with the ability to meet revenue targets
• Good communications, negotiating and interpersonal skills
