Spoken Hindi is mandatory.
Those who cannot speak and understand Hindi need not apply.
Minimum Experience of 6 months in Tele-sales or Tele-Marketing profiles is a pre-required.
You are expected to call prospective clients in Education Segment. i.e.
Students, School Principals, Teachers , Training & Coaching Centers
Explain the various online software products / online services, offer free trials, generate interest and finally close the sale.
It is primarily a calling process and includes cold outbound calls.
You are expected to work on monthly and quarterly targets.
Your salary structure would include- Fixed Monthly Pay + Incentives based on performance.
Also we at LINLAX have performance appraisals every Twelve months whereby your performance is reviewed and accordingly rewarded.

Preferred skills

Spoken fluency in Hindi & any Regional Laguages ( Tamil, Malayalam , Telugu, Kannada with English ) would be an added advantage.
The profile is an Sales process. Hence the candidate must be open to working on Targets.
Exceptional convincing skill is an essential for this profile.
Only highly competitive and energetic people required.
Ability to improvise pitch under various situations.
Target oriented strategizing and planning needed to meet monthly goals.
