Key Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for Offline & Online IT Sales, Leads generation, cold calling, maturing leads, generating prospects customer, scheduling meeting, proposal submission, from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer etc research on Google Search, LinkedIn & other social media platform for projects like Web development, Mobile Application Development & Digital Marketing
.Experience in writing proposals will be added advantage
.Experience in key Account Management & Pre & Post sales Operation. Experience in Interacting International Clients will be added advantage.
Focus on new client acquisitions, Identify new Leads.
Should have a sound knowledge of bidding on the UPWORK portal will be added advantage.
To manage the bidding process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton’s procedure &Clients Specifications.
To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at an accurate bid.
To manage competency & efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
Work closely with the customer to Negotiate/ close deals and handle client’s Technical requirements & objections handling.
He should be ready to handle overseas clients as per their time zone if required

Education / Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proven 2 to 4 years of working experience in Technical Sales & Sales Operation, particularly within the industry
Experience in optimizing Sales operation, Funnel creation, Closing deals,
Basic knowledge of IT Services, Website Development, Mobile Application Development for
Sales prospective.
