Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will primarily focus on
customer acquisition, Lead generation and prospect management. Also, who can
research client business referrals, network, and web leads, provide prospective
customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as
needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase
revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Three primary responsibilities:
1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Under Lead Generation, day-to-day
duty will typically include:
Researching individuals online to identify new leads and potential new
markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up
meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Other
day-to-day duty includes:
Cold calling; making multiple
outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments.
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Skills
and Qualifications :
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect
and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when
reaching next potential client
Salary: 1,80,000 to 5,00,000 /year [For Experience Candidates,
based on your interview, industry standards will be maintained while giving you
the hike]
