Job Description
- Generate new business through Identify potential site and stakeholder related to that site
- Manage Sales and BD team
- Identify sponsors
- Maintain good relationship with sponsors
- Pitching products and/or services
- Identifying vendors.
- Manage daily monthly and yearly report.
- Maintaining relationships customers, vendors and other stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales team and BD Team
- Following up new business opportunities
- Providing management with feedback
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Good business sense
- Good knowledge of computer specially MS office.
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Negotiation skills
