JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing dynamic and innovative marketing / sales strategies for clients
- Using a combination of activities to enhance the market capitalization of these organization
- Involves leading and Managing a team of 15-20 candidates working in various functions of management
- Interacting with new prospective blue chip companies and closing deals
- Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships
- Training and developing new candidates
IDEAL APPLICANT PROFILE
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong corporate knowledge and business understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen observer and quick learner
- Available for immediate joining in Delhi
- Maximum work experience of 1 year (freshers may apply)
