Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible of taking care of complete immigration of foreign nationals coming to India to work with MNC's on Employment, Business or Entry visa.
  • Filing up forms, taking appointments and co-ordinating with Client for pending documents.
  • Advising clients on visa and immigration related query.
  • Handle Immigration PAN India working.
  • To visit foreign regional registration offices for cases when required.
  • To maintain MIS and send reminders to Clients for visa renewal on time.
  • To meet corporate and take feedback of services time to time and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients' interest in Visas, Immigration & FRRO services. 
  • Present and market immigration, Visas & FRRO services to current and potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 
  • Identify and resolve client concerns. 
  • To provide regular follow up on enquiries received. 
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that we are able to meet our profit percentage.
  • Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations. 
  • Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation team.
  • Assisting with the immigration-related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to prospects and clients.
  • Motivating & Handling Team members

Requisite Skills:

  • Candidates should have good communication Skills.
  • Candidate should have Decent personality.
