Job Summary:

• Identify new business opportunities and through developing existing and new business accounts.
  
• Undertake new business sales calls to win new business.
  
• Responsible in maintaining existing customer database through regular sales visits
  
• New Projects - To add new customers/ business in logistics division.
  
• Develop large size businesses which add to the overall growth (Revenue & EBIT) of the organization
  
• Maintain good network with transporters.
  
• Negotiate rate contracts.
  
• Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
  
• Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Contract Logistics team.
  
• Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.
  
• Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development isplanned in advance.
  
• Optimize warehouse and deployment schedules, carrier equipment, mode, lane costs, and customer on time delivery.

• Understanding of financial planning & reporting abilities
  

• MBA (Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred).
  
• 1+ year experience.
